Federation’s charters

GTFI Members recognise their responsibility towards their clients, suppliers and the public and agree to support the above-mentioned aims of the Federation, namely to :

■ Satisfy the law requirements and industry rules for passive fire protection, focusing on the effectiveness of the resistance and reaction of fire products and systems being produced and installed

■ Advise customers on legal requirements

■ Review customer needs and propose technical solutions which satisfy product and material durability

■ Ensure that suggested solutions meet customer demands and needs

■ Continually train staff in new fire techniques and technologies

■ Promote passive fire protection best practices and principles.

Any infringement of the Federation’s Charter shall lead to disciplinary action by the Council
